What this library covers

This is the public documentation library for Alactic Communications and WhatsApp Business workflows. It covers the India and UK editions, web and mobile usage, customer-facing business profiles, contacts, campaigns, automation, Alactic ACID, team operations and published commercial policies. The separate Alactic CRM product is outside this library’s scope.

How the guides are written

Each guide has a distinct task, inputs, three-step workflow, completion test, task-specific failure mode and fictional example. Shared reference sections explain the relevant feature consistently across related guides. The structured publishing system assembles those curated sources into static pages; page count or length alone is not a measure of usefulness or a promise of search ranking.

Product behaviour and provider capability

Product instructions are based on the public Communications interface and source-reviewed feature behaviour as of 19 October 2026. Meta controls its own account, template and delivery decisions. An underlying API capability is not automatically exposed as an Alactic feature. Where an action belongs in WhatsApp Manager or another provider surface, the guide says so.

Public information only

The publishing inputs are curated documentation files and public brand assets. They do not contain customer exports, private conversations, production credentials, internal hostnames, operational logs or proprietary assistant instructions. All worked scenarios are fictional. Do not paste real customer records into a public documentation issue or a training example.

Regional and legal context

India and UK guidance is separated into dedicated collections. The documents explain operational decisions and link to relevant official sources; they do not certify compliance or replace qualified legal advice for a specific case. Alactic’s current Terms & Conditions and applicable mandatory rights govern commercial questions. These guides do not introduce new contractual restrictions.

Commercial information

At this review, published India pricing is ₹999 monthly or ₹9,999 annually and UK pricing is £9.99 monthly or £99 annually. Current self-service renewal is manual. Check the actual order summary and current terms before purchase. Meta messaging and separately purchased usage are distinct from the platform subscription. The voluntary refund policy permits requests within seven days of payment, with incurred third-party usage excluded subject to mandatory rights.

Dates and changes

The review date records the documentation release’s editorial check. It is not a claim that every linked third-party page was republished on that date. Provider rules, prices and interfaces can change. Review the current linked source for time-sensitive decisions, and report a specific mismatch so the affected guide can be corrected.

Search and privacy on this site

Documentation search runs in your browser against a static index. This site does not send search queries to an AI service, require sign-in, use advertising trackers or collect feedback through a hidden form. Your hosting provider may keep normal access logs. Links to the workspace, payment or provider sites open services with their own terms and privacy practices.

Report a documentation issue

Send the guide address, the specific statement or step and the behaviour you observed to support@alacticai.com. Include the edition and app version if relevant. Redact personal data and never include passwords or access tokens. A product problem should also include the approximate time and a safe record reference so it can be investigated.
